I prefer to use UPS AIR and Fed EX AIR or USPS international for shipping photo packages, etc If you prefer another service/shipper I will gladly accommodate your request. All items will be shipped from Forest, Ohio USA. Should there be a return of a product, a copy of the original receipt will be needed, and in the case of damaged photographs, I will need confirmation from the shipper when they arrived, that they arrived  damaged. If there is a Return of Product ( Damaged Photos, Etc) they will be replaced free. If cancelling a paid service, no refund, unless  2 weeks notice given to me,  prior to event. If death or illness, with proof from doctor, FULL refund, UNLESS, I have purchsed plane tickets for the event. Then I will issue a partial refund, minus tickets cost to the client.
